We plan on being as good as he is.
At the present time, Rick is planning on co-sponsoring, and producing and directing several Special Memorial Concerts featuring various veteran’s memorials along with a 3 to 5 hour concert/video presentation centered on LIVE music from the 50s 60s and 70s along with some VARYING presentation materials catered to and centered around the area of the country or the community where the concert or festival is being held.
Rick will be co-sponsoring these concerts and performances with Paul Reed, a well known member of the 173rd Airborne Brigade in Vietnam. He was there during Tet of 1968 around Kontum, Pleiku and “Across the Fence” in Cambodia. He has written a book about his post-war, post traumatic experiences, called “Kontum Diary” and he has co-produced an Emmy award winning documentary by the same name. He is in the process of writing another book entitled “The Healing Box” and he still makes several personal appearances, radio interviews and gives several motivational speeches each month.
He is a great motivational speaker.

The old guys have nothing on us.
Vets, active duty military, and honorees, such as members, and former members, of the Texas Aggie Corps of Cadets, or other institutions being honored, will be admitted FREE.
Rick is a Vietnam Vet, a graduate of Texas A&M class of ’68 and proud former member of Texas Aggie Corps of Cadets.

Old folks like concerts too.
These plans are in the initial stages with a desire to begin in Dallas and continue into the winter somewhere in the Rio Grande Valley with possibly as many as 2 concerts per month in varying cities where Rick and/or Paul will be staying.
It is planned that the first host/MC/entertainer for the concert tour will be an old, young friend of Rick’s, Mr. Tony Rey. His website and bio can be viewed at TonyReyMusic.com.

Tony has been working towards this moment for about 30 years.
